Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Details of the poll votes are available at the investor relations section of the Company’s website, www.nanocotechnologies.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed as special business have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The special resolutions approved at the AGM were:

Resolution 10 – to disapply pre-emption rights

Resolution 11 – to authorise the Company to purchase its own shares

Resolution 12 – to reduce notice of general meetings other than AGMs
